Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 1 oz | Mastiha liqueur |
| 1⁄6 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 1 oz | Birch water |
| 8 drop | Bob's Liquorice bitters |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint leaf.
Review:
Named after Denny Kallivoka and Eleni Nikoloulia, our favourite Greek drinks writers, this whisky based cocktail has a healthy glug of mastiha with birch water. It finishes with liquorice and Islay whisky.
