Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Blended Scotch whisky
1 oz Mastiha liqueur
16 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
1 oz Birch water
8 drop Bob's Liquorice bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

Review:

Named after Denny Kallivoka and Eleni Nikoloulia, our favourite Greek drinks writers, this whisky based cocktail has a healthy glug of mastiha with birch water. It finishes with liquorice and Islay whisky.
