How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky |
1 fl oz | Mastiha liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Islay single malt Scotch whisky |
1 fl oz | Birch water |
8 drop | Bob's Liquorice bitters |

Review:
Named after Denny Kallivoka and Eleni Nikoloulia, our favourite Greek drinks writers, this whisky based cocktail has a healthy glug of mastiha with birch water. It finishes with liquorice and Islay whisky.
