| 30 ml | Pomelo juice |
| 22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 45 ml | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
| 15 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 7.5 ml | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
| 7.5 ml | Giffard Orgeat Syrup |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
