Ingredients
30 ml Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
30 ml Woodford Reserve bourbon
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
30 ml Rioja (Crianza) red wine
