Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass
| 40 ml | Ron Millonario Sistema Solera 15 Year Old Rum |
| 15 ml | Lillet Blanc |
| 15 ml | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 25 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 50 ml | Chamomile/Camomile tea (cold) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
