| 37.5 ml | Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur |
| 30 ml | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
| 10 ml | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
| 17.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 dash | Xocolatl mole bitters |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
