Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
37.5 ml Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
30 ml Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
10 ml Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
17.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Xocolatl mole bitters
1 fresh Egg white
