Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
40 ml Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu
10 ml Ketel One Vodka
70 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
1 Splash Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 slice Lemon (fresh)
