Dry and nutty, this cocktail was designed to accompany savoury dishes.

Orange influences this Old Fashioned but it's the aged agricole rum that dominates and shines.

An Irish whiskey-based, bittersweet aperitif cocktail that works equally well as a nightcap.

A beautifully balanced cocktail which harnesses sherry's nutty notes and cleansing acidity.

Fresh dill nestles with rich almond, balanced by a touch of zesty citrus, aromatised by fino sherry with rum playing a fortifying role.

Basically a brandy sour with a little something extra from the orange liqueur.
