1 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
1 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1 fl oz Whipping cream chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

It's a Brandy Alexander with amaretto instead of creme de cacao. Not exactly innovative, but still tasty. Makes a fine dessert cocktail, or pour it over ice cream. Be careful, it goes down fast!
