3⁄4 fl oz Madre Mezcal Espadin
1⁄2 fl oz Rhum Clément Canne Bleue
1⁄2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
1⁄12 fl oz Grapefruit bitters
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
