| 15 ml | Bols Elderflower Liqueur |
| 40 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 Splash | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
| Top up with | Port wine reduction foam |
| 15 ml | Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port |
