Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Bols Elderflower Liqueur
40 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 Splash Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
Top up with Port wine reduction foam
15 ml Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port
