Serve in

a Martini glass...
fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum (infused with vanilla)
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Grapefruit zest twist (discarded) & vanilla pod

Comment:

Reminiscent of a Hemingway Special, this flavoursome, vanilla laced Daiquiri has a wonderfully tangy bittersweet finish.
