Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 13 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed and discarded) & speared fresh raspberry or float dehydrated raspberry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I love a simple drink. Especially after a long day. This wasn't too sweet but it hit the spot when I needed it.
