Review:

This Gimlet has a split spirit base of 50/50 gin and aquavit and 50/50 lime and lemon with lime cordial proving extra citrusy richness. A splash of Swedish punsch alongside the aquavit both adds to the flavour and Viking name.

Caraway-leaned gimlet, nice but not memorable. Scarce amount of Swedish Punsch adds almost nothing, other than to the name. But I'm a big fan of Swedish Punsch; maybe will increase it next time - or sub all of syrup with it.
