How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

Delicious. A great and (relatively) low calorie dessert on a weekend. A sweeter alternative to a pure expresso martini.
