Jolt'ini

Difford's Guide

Serve in a

Martini glass

Garnish:

Coffee beans

How to make:

1. To make a great tasting Jolt'ini you'll first need to flavour your vodka with a vanilla pod. Simply cut the vanilla pod lengthways to expose the flavoursome seeds inside and drop the whole vanilla pod into your bottle of vodka. Reseal and shake bottle several times a day for at least two days, preferably a week.

2. To make your cocktail, SHAKE your vanilla infused vodka and other ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 3/4 fl oz Ketel One Vodka (infused with vanilla)
1/2 fl oz Coffee liqueur
1 1/4 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)
1/4 fl oz Vanilla sugar syrup
