Ingredients:
1 12 oz Irish cream liqueur
1 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
1 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

First of all, I like espresso, I really like espresso !
So tonight I decided to make the Irish espresso martine with a double shot of espresso.
For me it is much better than with one shot

Love this twist on the popular Espresso Martini. At the end of the night, this is subtle, smooth and not such a smack in the face as some can be. Beautifully subtle and elegant.
