Ingredients:
2 fl oz Fluère Raspberry (non-alc. pink gin alternative)
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with soda water.
