How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add next five ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.

|1/2 fl oz||Giffard Creme de Framboise|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|3 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura (optional)|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
