Garnish:

How to make:

STIR honey with gin in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add grapefruit juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.

2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
2 spoon Orange blossom honey
2 fl oz Grapefruit juice (pink)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
