A wet martini with the addition of Maraschino. The Maraschino really changes the flavor profile. I like it, but it's a bit off the traditional martini track.

Very good, Could use a stronger gin.
This is a reasonable drink, though the use of "old fashion" set my expectation in a different direction. this is definitely more a Manhattan style both in construction and flavor profile.
A Caraway Margarita. I substituted Aquavit for the Kummel and reduced the simple syrup. It's good but I was hoping for a drink that was less of a margarita.
Ok I love the idea of this cocktail. I made several that left me with the feeling that this was a VIDA Mezcal Sour. The Chartreuse was lost and the hot sauce disappeared. Fair warning; I'm not a fan of the VIDA Mezcal, but my daughter is so I have some. My modification was to amp up the heat and freshness of the drink.
1. Doubled the hot sauce (don't use a vinegar based hot sauce ie. tabasco)
2. Muddle two slices of Jalapeño with the Orgeat Syrup.
3. Garnish - float a Jalapeño slice
Ok I was skeptical, but the drink is quite good. With Holiday notes of cinnamon and clove.
