Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
25 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
50 ml Cherry juice
27.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2.5 ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
35 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
