| 50 ml | Tanqueray London Dry Gin |
| 25 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 50 ml | Cherry juice |
| 27.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 2.5 ml | Monin Strawberry Syrup |
| 35 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
