Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
30 ml Bols Elderflower Liqueur
30 ml Juego de limon
15 ml Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
30 ml Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder
7.5 ml Medium dry apple cider
3 unit Mint leaves
5 cube Ice cubes
