2⁄3 fl oz Bols Amaretto
1⁄2 fl oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
1⁄6 fl oz Passion fruit purée
1⁄3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
