Ingredients:
1 23 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
34 fl oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
34 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
6 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
5 dash Fee Brothers Bacon Fat Wash
4 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
