Ingredients:
20 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
20 ml Leblon Cachaça
1 barspoon Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Egg white
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
