1 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 fl oz Egg white
3⁄4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
3⁄4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Cardamom bitters
1 twist Lemon peel
