Prepare

History

The original Pancho Villa, as mentioned in Charles H. Baker, Jr.'s 1939 The Gentleman's Companion volume II – An Exotic Drinking Book, is a short cocktail served in a "big champagne glass". This lengthened modern version is adapted from a recipe created circa 2019 by Marlo Gamora at Jeepney restaurant in Manhattan, New York City.
