Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
3 23 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest spiral cut with a channel knife.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Lightly stir.

Use a decent ginger ale, minimum Schweppes but Fever Tree is good also. A decent all day Christmas drink. Not too strong and the ginger will also settle the stomach for those that overdo the food.
