Serve in a Collins glass
| 2 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 3 2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest spiral cut with a channel knife.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Lightly stir.
