Ingredients:
1 13 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded) & mint sprig bouquet

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass charged with half of the tonic water. TOP with rest of tonic.

Not bad... made for breakfast and substituted Prosecco for the tonic... tasty

Tasty pimped up gin and tonic. We made it with Seville orange tanquaray which was lovely anyway.
