Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2 wedge | Fresh ripe peach (skinned & diced) |
| 1 2⁄3 fl oz | Vanilla flavoured vodka |
| 5⁄6 fl oz | Passion fruit purée |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1) |
Garnish: Rosemary sprig & shot of champagne on the side
How to make:
MUDDLE peach in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
