How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
Prepare garnish of half a strawberry, lemon slice & mint sprigs.

Method

SWIZZLE first 4 ingredients in glass two-thirds full of crushed ice.
Fill glass with more crushed ice and briefly CHURN.
TOP with soda.

Garnish

Garnish with half strawberry on rim, lemon slice & mint sprigs.

This was already quite nice, but I added 5 mL of strawberry syrup and two dashes of absinthe. Trust me, it works.
