Serve in a Martini glass
| 2 oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
| 2 oz | Dubonnet, Byrrh etc. rouge light quinquina |
| 1 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
