| 60 ml | Cachaça |
| 1 gram | Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar |
| 5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 slice | Kiwi fruit (fresh) |
