Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh	Red grapes (seedless)
2 oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin
¹⁄₂ oz	Hayman's Sloe Gin
¹⁄₂ oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
¹⁄₄ oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
¹⁄₄ oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of skewered red grapes.

How to make:

MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
