Ingredients: 12 Red grapes (seedless); 60 ml Gin; 15 ml Sloe gin liqueur; 15 ml Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened); 7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix); 7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 1 Angostura or other aromatic bitters

How to make:

MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add rest of ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
