Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 barspoon | Honey |
| 2 oz | Bison grass vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish: Lemon wedge
STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
