15 ml | Chambord liqueur |
15 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
1 fresh | Egg white |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
3 fresh | Raspberries |
