Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Tanqueray Royale Blackcurrant gin
15 ml Chambord liqueur
15 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 fresh Egg white
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
3 fresh Raspberries
