15 ml Dry Gin cold infused with Farcellet de Urgell
30 ml Plums Brandy
Method:
Pour ingredients into a vintage vermouth glass and stir. Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
Inspiration:
The inspiration of the cocktail should remind of an Autumn Sunday Afternoon in the countryside, representing the crispy marriage of the Italian background of Andre (bartender) with the Spanish culture.
The plums (Pruna in Catalan) were slow macerated using a natural wine spirit Rajoli, classic Jerez Vermouth hang out with Italian Bitter. Farcellet (Roll of Herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Laurel, Sage, Oregano typically used in Catalan Cuisine) gives a herbal hint meanwhile the essence of the Bergamot ensambles and host the walk.
