Nick & Nora glass
Garnish:
Lava salt
How to make:
Muddle the cucumber in the shaker. Add all the ingredients with ice and hard shake. Wash the glass with absinthe and double strain into the glass. Garnish and serve the drink.
| 30 ml | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 15 ml | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
| 20 ml | Martini Prosecco D.O.C. |
| 20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Honey |
| 3 drops | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 5 gram | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 2 drops | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |

The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom - how great is that?

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Believe me, my journey has not been a simple journey or progress in UAE. There have been many ups and downs and it is the choices that I made at each of those times that have helped shape what I have achieved today. Everyone has their own story but this is my story and this is my journey.
