Dehydrated orange slice
First mix 2.5ml of honey (ideally forest honey) with 7.5ml of dry gin until fully mixed. Than pour along with all other ingredients into stirring glass. Slap fresh thyme to activate it and add to the stirring glass. Stir it all for 30-45 seconds without ice. Add large ice and stir until cold. Put 2 small ice cubes in the sherry glass, strain the drink over it and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.

1/12 fl oz | Honey |
1/4 fl oz | Gin |
1 gram | Fresh thyme |
