
A flamed lemon coin. Slice a small coin of lemon pith and then flame with a match over top of the cocktail. Give a wipe around the rim and drop into the cocktail.
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, add ice and stir to dilute (about 20 seconds). Then strain into a chilled nick and Nora glass.
