Serve in a

Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

A flamed lemon coin. Slice a small coin of lemon pith and then flame with a match over top of the cocktail. Give a wipe around the rim and drop into the cocktail.

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, add ice and stir to dilute (about 20 seconds). Then strain into a chilled nick and Nora glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 barspoon Bénédictine D.O.M.
1 fl oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
1/4 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
3 dash Regans' Orange Bitters No.6
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
1/4 fl oz Dry vermouth
