
Three fresh pineapple spheres and basil leaf on skewer
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add the Old Tom gin and Fino sherry to the mixing glass and stir vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
4. Pour the coconut water over the gin and sherry mixture in the glass.
5. Top with soda water.
6. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
