Garnish:

How to make:

Slice 2 strawberry and muddle with 10ml of sugar and 20ml of fresh lime juice then add 15ml of Italicus and 45ml of haymans old tom gin, 3mint leaves fill the shaker with ice shake and double strain the cocktail in to the glass.

1/4 fl oz Italicus liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
3 unit Mint leaves
