
Splash of honey syrop over the crashed ice and 6-8 very small pieces of dehydrate mango fruit.
In a iced Boston shaker add all the ingredients except the ginger beer and shake gently for 10 seconds and harder for 8 seconds. Add fresh ice to the already iced julep cup and double strain from the shaker into the glass until is 2/3 full. Add the ginger beer leaving a little space and finish with a scoop of crashed ice to the top.
