How to make:
Add all the ingredients to the tin and give it a hard shake. Double strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled coupe glass, then garnish with dried lavender or a lavender sprig.

| 1/2 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |

| 1 dash (4 drops) | Pernod anise liqueur |
