Martini glass

Garnish:

dried pineapple、brown sugar powder on the martini cup wall、spray a little elderflower dew on cocktail

How to make:

First step add 45ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin and then add 22.5 ml pineapple juice (You can use freshly squeezed or the canned) 15 ml Lemon juice(also can use lime juice ) 10 ml Sugar syrup , and then add 5ml elderflower liqueur , then you can taste the flavor and then add Ice and shake it , last step just pour it out and garnish it then enjoy your cocktail!

3/4 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1/6 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
