How to make:

Pour all the ingredients except whisky into a Boston kettle, add ice and shake it quickly, filter it into a rock cup, decorate it with chili shreds, and then spray whisky as a spray to increase the aroma

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/6 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1/3 fl oz Ginger juice
1 1/2 fl oz Red grape juice (e.g. Kedem or Welch's Purple Grape Juice)
1/2 fl oz Kyrö Distillery Co. Koskue Aged Rye Gin
2 Splash Caol Ila 12 Year Old Islay Malt Scotch Whisky
