Garnish:

Bamboo leaf and coconut chips

How to make:

● Real mango puree syrup ●
Fresh mango puree - 1kg
Sugar syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) - 1000m
Mix the ingedients

1. Pure gin, lemon juice, coconut syrup, mango puree, pistachio syrup into a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
3. Double strain in Old-fashioned glass on the ice cube.
4. Garnish with a bamboo leaf and coconut chips.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Monin Coconut Syrup
1/3 fl oz Reàl Mango Puree Syrup
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Nettle cordial
