How to make:

The Heritage Pearl

Ingredients:
• 60 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
• 2.5 ml St-Germain
• 5 ml Green Chartreuse
• 15 ml Sake
• Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Method:
1. Add Hayman's Old Tom Gin, St-Germain, Green Chartreuse, and sake into a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
