
Lemon Peel
Lightly spritz a chilled Nick & Nora glass with Absinth. Into a mixing glass add the Old Tom Gin, Rye, Dry Vermouth, Benedictine, and Orange Bitters. Add ice and stir all ingredients until chilled. Strain into the absinthe rinsed Nick & Nora glass. Express lemon oil over the top and garnish with peel.
