Garnish:

Garnish with freeze dried strawberries.

How to make:

In a cocktail shaker, combine haymans gin, aperol, and fresh squeezed lime juice and shake lightly with ice. Strain into wine glass and fill with ice, add the rose and top with grapefruit soda.

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 fl oz Rosé wine
3 fl oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda
