
Orange Coin above the Clear Ice. Squeeze the Orange Peel to express orange oils over the drink. Can also do it through a stick on fire. Then wipe the Orange Peel on the edge/rim of the glass and place it on top of the Clear Ice.
In a chilled mixing glass, Add the following ingredients,
30ml of Haymans London Dry
10ml of Jasmine Liqueur
10ml of Peated Whisky ( Caol Ila 12, Lagavulin 8 equivalent)
15ml of Salers Gentiane 16 ( Or any other Gentiane Liqueur)
15ml of Date Syrup (Monin)
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters (Angostura or any equivalent)
Stir with Ice until cold, Strain into chilled Old Fashioned Glass with a Block of Clear Ice, garnish with Orange coin.
1/3 fl oz | Jasmine liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Caol Ila 12 Year Old Islay Malt Scotch Whisky |
1/2 fl oz | Salers Gentian 16 |
1/2 fl oz | Date syrup |
3 dash | Orange bitters |
